Mass Communication Test - Thursday, November 6

To continue to ensure important updates are communicated, especially during the winter weather season, the Morgan County R-II School District will conduct its semi-annual test of our ParentSquare mass notification system on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 5:00 p.m.

At that time, faculty, staff, and parents/guardians of MCR-II will receive a “test” alert via email, text, and voice message. Please note—this is only a test.

This test helps you:
 ✅ Verify your contact information in the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal or with school building office
 ✅ Review your Parent Portal and ParentSquare communication preferences
 ✅ Complete registration for either account (IC Parent Portal or ParentSquare) if you haven’t already. If you have, you do not need to register again.

Remember, Infinite Campus and ParentSquare work together—the contact information we have on file in Infinite Campus is used in ParentSquare to send important messages/alerts. It is important that the information we have on file is current and complete. It is also important to check your notification settings, so you can be sure to receive these messages. 

If you don’t receive all types of messages (text, email, and/or voice) during the test, please contact your building office by Friday, November 7 or email communications@versaillestigers.org.
